Barreβs Brown Church
The Brown Church (formerly Unitarian) was demolished in 1969 after it suffered from dwindling membership. The Town Clock and Revere Bell were saved and put into storage, and now reside in the Barre Town Hall.

Hotel Barre, served by stagecoach, as she was for many years. Although trains came to Barre in the 1870s, the nearest train station was about three miles from the hotel, so stagecoaches had to transport the hotel's clients to and from the train station by stagecoach.
